SAP will not extend support for ECC. If your company has not yet migrated to S/4HANA, time is running out.
In a direct and blunt announcement,Rui Botelho, president of SAP Brazil, made it clear:there will be no further extension for SAP ECC support. The final date is2030, and any hope of a postponement has been ruled out.

What happens if you don't migrate?
– Até 2027: Clientes nas versões 6, 7 e 8 ainda terão suporte básico (mas sem novas funcionalidades).
– De 2027 a 2030: Manutenção apenas mediante pagamento adicional e sem correções críticas.
– Após 2030: Fim total do suporte. Seu ERP ficará obsoleto, vulnerável e sem atualizações legais.
The harsh competitive reality
